The User will be able to return to KOLUTÉ, without cost, any product. Taking into account the nature of the products contracted, the User will have a period of 15 days from the receipt of the product to communicate to KOLUTÉ its lack of conformity with the same. If this period is exceeded, any damage and damage will be assumed by the User.
To make the return, the User will contact KOLUTÉ within the period granted, in the following email (email@example.com) indicating the product or products.
Once KOLUTÉ has received the communication from the User, he will inform you within the term of 3 to 5 business days.
The office / warehouse to which the Users may send the defective product is as follows:

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, where appropriate, documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If this is not the case for the User, KOLUTÉ reserves the right to refuse the refund.
Once the product is received, KOLUTÉ will give the possibility of resolving the contract.
KOLUTÉ will carry out the return of the total amount paid to the User for the purchase of the product (including the shipping costs).
KOLUTÉ informs the Users that the repayment period of the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment that the User had used when purchasing the product:
-If the user has made the payment through credit / debit card, KOLUTÉ will refund the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from the User's decision to settle the contract.
-If the user has made the payment through PayPal, KOLUTÉ will refund the amount paid within 24-48 working hours since the User decided to settle the contract.
